Feminine Flow Mentorship is a transformative 1:1 offering designed for women who seek a deeper connection with their body, intuition, and menstrual cycle. This journey invites you to reclaim your feminine essence, cultivate joy, and create a life abundant in pleasure and fulfilment.
Feminine Flow Mentorship is a multidimensional approach to personal development that emphasises reconnecting with and honouring the feminine aspects of our being - our body, cyclicality, intuition, creativity and sensuality .These sessions foster self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, recognising that our bodies hold profound wisdom and that our emotions and cycles are integral parts of who we are.
MY APPROACH
During these sessions, we focus on connecting with your body, internal felt sense, emotions, and intuition. You will learn to recognize the relationship between your menstrual cycle and your overall state of being. We do this through internal felt sense, breathwork, sound, movement and self-touch. these sessions are about connecting with your deepest desires and clearing the way to them.
This journey is about connecting with your deepest desires and clearing the path towards achieving them. My role is to witness and guide you through the process of coming home to yourself, navigating your internal landscape, and embracing your full spectrum of multidimensionality.
My style of coaching is a body-led, sensation-based and trauma aware. Analytucal/thinking mind takes rest, while we connect to the body.
Feminine Flow coaching is centred around the sensations felt in the body. We will look at patterns, habits, beliefs, boundaries that you are holding and express these emotions, thoughts and sensations through your body - movement, sound and breath.
What does a session look like? We begin by setting an intention or a goal for the session. Afterwards, I gently guide you through a process of dropping into your body, creating safety and awareness of how your situation feels. We move through the layers of emotion, energetic blockages, conditioning, stored stress energy and limiting beliefs with awareness, movement, sound, breath and self-touch to find release, clarity and greater depth of self-awareness.
